OUR GARANTEES QUALITY AND SATISFACTION
Kitchen New Look guarantees the melamine work of your kitchen cabinets and bathrooms (doors and units)
that it produces and modifies in its workshop for a period of 2 years following the installation and a
period of three (3) years for the Prestige collection. If during this period a problem occurs, Kitchen
New Look will repair all parts needing it, following a normal use of said part, if it is shown that this
defect was caused by faulty production. Damages caused by abusive usage or inadequate manipulation are
not covered, same as damages caused by exposition to extreme variations of humidity or temperature or
water infiltration. It is possible that the joints are apparent. No guarantee is offered for joints of
less than 0.0010 inches in width. Colors may vary considering the artistic finishing.
Your Kitchen New Look does not require specific treatments. Even with the very resistant finishes used
in the workshop, it is not recommended to use abrasive products or materials on the doors or any other
surface installed by Kitchen New Look . We suggest cleaning the cabinets with lukewarm water and soft
soaps. Also, please refrain from cleaning them for the first 30 days after installation.
DO NOT USE ANY ABRASIVE MATERIALS OR PRODUCTS.
